At AlSol, we love a challenge! If you find a better rate elsewhere we’ll give you a $50 usd resort credit if we can match it. If we can’t match it, we will give you $75 resort credit!

Why is it better to book directly with us?

Guaranteed lowest hotel rates. You will always find the lowest rates on our website. So why book with anyone but the folks at the hotel? No hidden fees! In fact, if you find a cheaper rate elsewhere (or even up to 24 hours after booking), and we match it, we will award you with a $50 usd resort credit. If we can’t match it, we will give you $75 usd resort credit and congratulate you on a great deal!

If you find a lower rate for a package that includes air – we will do our best to match it and provide you with a
$50 resort credit for your trouble.

Found a better rate elsewhere?

Fill out our Price Match above or contact us directly at 1-844-296-8725 to make your claim. Rates online must be publicly available and bookable on the Internet at the time of verification. Screenshots or other similarly produced images will not be accepted.

This guarantee does not apply to:

• Rates on “opaque” websites where the hotel brand and specific hotel are not known until the booking is made (E.G., Priceline, Hotwire.com).
• Packaged rates that include air, car rentals, taxes, service charges, meals, coupons, parking, services, or other services and amenities.
• Qualified discount rates including, but not limited to, Government, AAA or Senior Citizen Discounts.
• Unpublished, negotiated rates with corporations, travel agencies, groups, associations or other rates that are specifically agreed upon by our hotel and a specified and limited group, and are not publicly available such as employee, offline wholesale/FIT, pre-paid rates which may include a voucher (including electronic vouchers), group or other specially negotiated rates.
• Reservations made within 24 hours of arrival. Taxes, gratuities, service charges, early departure fees, or other fees and incidental charges.
• Rate disparities due to fluctuations, rounding, or differences in the currency exchange rates.
