Hurricane Protection Policy

Dear valued customer:

Your safety and well being is our top priority. We’re aware that certain weather events may cause you to change your travel plans. If your destination is under a Hurricane watch or warning and are holding a reservation for any AlSol Hotel and Resorts, we will offer several options for changing your travel plans:

Canceling Your Reservation Within 48 Hours of Departure

If within 48 hours of travel, the airport is closed or the airlines have cancelled flights to your destination, you may cancel without penalty and rebook your reservation providing that you travel prior to December 23, 2016 and make your reservation within 14 days from the original travel dates.

In House Guests Departing Early

Guests who choose to depart early from their vacation will be credited for the unused nights and may be applied towards a future stay at the same resort. The unused nights are good for travel through Dec 22, 2016 and Apr 15 – Dec 21, 2017. The reservation must be rebooked within 30 days following a storm. Black-out periods may apply. Additional nights and guests will be booked at the current rate. No name changes will be allowed.

Rebook Same Hotel for a Later Date

If you wish to postpone your vacation and travel at a later date, AlSol Hotels and Resorts will honor the same rate for travel through Dec 22, 2016 and April 15 – Dec 21, 2017. The reservation must be rebooked within 30 days following a storm. Black-out periods may apply. Rate protection will only apply to the original number of nights and number of guests booked. Additional nights and guests will be booked at the current rate. No name changes will be allowed.
